HARDY FALLS PEACHLAND BRITISH COLUMBIA

Peachland is about 20.8 Km from Summerland.  On the way there, you can turn off the main highway and visit Hardy Falls.  It has a beautiful treed walkway with bridges that criss-cross the creek.  It is a very easy walk for anyone, even a walker or wheelchair.  There are benches to sit on, along the way.

The creek is a spawning grounds for the sockeye salmon, at the end of August, beginning of September.

It is a beautiful stop if you are travelling through the area.  There are also picnic tables.  We go there quite often!

  1. It does look lovely, and I am so pleased that more and more places are considering the needs of the less mobile.
